We finally received our acceptance contract from the bank out East so we are to officially be owners of a new home soon. Our original close date was set for January 11, but as THEY have yet to de-winterize the house and we need to have a home inspection AFTER that, well, we're hoping our lawyer will be able to push the closing into February. That also gives us just that much more time to sell our current home.
Wish us luck on that folks! For now, I've been packing things like my twice used in 7 years waffle iron, and my Bob The Builder Cake pans, etc. I may go get a St. Joe statue tonight and dump him upside down in the yard somewhere. Every little bit helps!
