"Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen and I am SO stoked to talk about it in Book Club on Sunday. This was an awesome story about a depression era circus train and how the narrator (at age 93) needs to clean his conscience of a long ago murder and scandal. It was a delicious read. Highly recommended.
Go get it on tape Ma, you'll thank me.
Now, on to reading "Loving Frank" about Frank Lloyd Wright. After that one I'll probably want to head to my old stomping grounds in Oak Park and do the walking audio self-tour.
I smell a book club field trip comin' on.........
