How to Make Cheese

Step 1: Lose a sippy cup with Milk in it.

Step 2: Find sippy cup in Laundry room on top of dryer (assume heat helps).

Step 3: Open lost sippy cup to find coagulated milk byproduct and notice there is no foul smell, Oddly enough. The cheese is consistent with what cream cheese looks like instead of cottage cheese.

Step 4: utter a faint..."hmmmmm" and wonder if this will work for science fair projects in the future.

Mine is similar, I have 2 different methods:

1. Give baby full cup at dinner.

2. Leave the table and said baby throws it down and it rolls under microwave cabinet.

3. Baby finds it (presumably weeks later because of cheese), gives it to you and says more..
mmm..mmm.. good!

and

1. Give baby cup in car

2. Baby drops it and forgets about it.

3. Smell does come, but you are not sure what it is.

4. Cup is found (presumably weeks later) after a crazy heat spell, but it is no longer smelling. Again with homemade cheese curdles.

The latter does not work as well in the winter! It seems to make ice cream instead!

I hope all is well!
